Yes, but your first month is completely free, with no commitment.
We offer the free trial to let you experience our companionship services and decide if this is the right fit for you. After the trial, you can choose to continue with a paid service, or discontinue at no cost. No obligations, no hidden fees – just a chance to see if this is right for you.
Our companions are qualified young professionals. Like any other job, they deserve fair compensation for their time and effort.
We believe that meaningful companionship is invaluable, and this ensures that we provide the best experience possible.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. While we hope you enjoy the service, you are free to pause or cancel your subscription anytime. If you’re already a paying subscriber, just inform us at least 7 days in advance so we can process the request smoothly.
How do you ensure the safety and comfort of both the senior and the companion?
Safety, trust and mutual understanding are at the heart of what we do. We take every precaution to ensure that both elders and companions feel secure, respected, and valued in their interactions.
Every companion undergoes a thorough background verification, empathy screaning and speacialized training.
If at any point an elder feels uncomfortable, they have the right to request a different companion or discontinue the service no – questions asked.
If a companion feels uncomfortable in an assignment, they have the right to request a reassignment or step away from the pairing immediately.
Is this a caregiving or medical service?
No. we are a companionship service, not a medical or caregiving provider. Our companions do not administer medication or provide medical assistance.
However, we can help with:
Reminders to take medication. Accompanying you to doctor appointments. Providing emotional support and company.
How much does the service cost?
Our companionship service is personalized for each senior because we believe that every individual has unique needs, preferences and expectations. Instead of one-size-fits-all service, we create a custom service based on the level of companionship and support required.
